Refund policy

All products sold by Surron3D are custom-made or made-to-order. As such, they are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item is produced specifically for you and waive your right of withdrawal.
